transaction rolled back by an internal error: fail ed to activate dso with persisted changelog

Dear Experts,

Currently, we're experiencing an error in RSA1 when we try to activate an request in DSO.

The activation error shows as:

transaction rolled back by an internal error: fail ed to activate dso with persisted changelog: [9] Memory allocation failed

As far as our knowledge, we already allocated enough memory and also made necessary DSO changes like increasing the process wait time and decreasing the data packets for each request. Still, we get the same error. For more information, refer the attached screeenshot "DSO Activation Error"

Your ideas are appreciated.

Thanks & best regards,

Sreenu

    Hallo Loed,

I also made changes in DSO Settings according to the OSS note 1392715 but resulting with the same issue. I assume that we have shortage of Memory (physical Memory only 63 GB). Also the number of records are huge in the request (around 2,652,782).

If you have any other ideas, please let us know!

    Thanks & best regards,

    Sreenu
