ISA-CRM Debugger functionality problem

Hi,

We have a scenario where in the debugger functionality doesnt work for any of the CRM code at the backend which are processed because of ISA fontend applications. This is causing major problems on analysis the issue in the ISA CRM area.

From the roles and authorization point of view, we provided sap_all and sap_new to the required user but this attempt also failed and the functionality still remains unfuctional.

Kindly request to provide comments / suggestions.

Hi Rahul,

Please make sure that your are doing external debugging for the correct user there are also some settings you need to check to ensure that thsi works.

Hi Rahul,

This can have multiple reasons.

Which user are you using for creating the external breakpoints ?

The correct user could be the JCO user or the SU01 user associated with the currently logged in customer.

If neither of them work, please try placing a breakpoint into the entry point where the ABAP code is called from the web shop to check if debugging works at all.

Did you switch on the ISA Runtime Trace to check which Function Modules are actually called ?
