HTTP Dual Paost

I have one requreiment for HTTP dual post. One WSDL is provided frome Siebel for both the posts.

Requirement as follows:

Cutomer chatting with Vendor: - First customer Primary details will posted to Siebel

second after customer completed the chat those chat details will be posted to Siebel.

It is t termed as dual post.

Vendor---->PI--


>Siebel.

Sender : HTTP ( No adapter)

Reciver - SOAP.

1. Initial HTTP Post will be triggered by Vendor as soon as Agent initiate the Chat session with customer. Venfor will send the first transaction to Siebel (PI middleware) with following fields.

- Customer First Name

- Customer Last Name

- Customer Email

- Customer Mobile

- Product

- Carrier

- Problem Type

- Problem Description

- Chat Session ID

- Agent Email Address

- Platform

Vendor will send the second transaction to Siebel (PI middleware) with following additional fields along with above.

- Category

- Sub-Category

- Specific

- Resolution Status

- Comments

- Chat Transcript"

Kindly suggest me how we can execute this scenario.

Hi Renu,

Is there any correlation exists between the first HTTP request and the second one..?

if yes you can think for the soultion using BPM..

I dont see common things between first and second request ..

is anything retrun/ack expected from the siebel.. Can you please provide more detials of this scenario..
