How to fix the responsible person name as constant in CRM System

Hi,

i am having an issue as when i created IC SERVICE TICKET in CRMD_ORDER for sending the mail to the CUSTOMER and EMPLOYEE in customer case it is sending properly but in case of Employee Responsible it is taking the RESPONSIBLE PERSON as LOGIN USER but in my case it wants to take the ONLY ONE NAME (ONE SPECIFIED NAME) common to all employees even though all r sending the mail with different users i want to maintain the RESPONSIBLE PERSON AS SAME so how can i achive this pls let me know
