SES value exceed wrt PO

Former Member

I have created a service PO with $ 1000 value (qty 10 & price $100); I have allowed price change at SES level.

At SES, system is allowing me to post SES with PO value of $1000 (eg qty 10 & price $101 or qty 9 price $115).

How to check this through std settings.

Hi Suzaine,

You can use Limit in PO for Exceed Value. For this while Create PO, Give the Overall Limit for Unplanned cost.

Suppose ur PO is 10 Qty and $100 = $1000

Now if u get bill of $1100 either Qty Exceed or Value exceed.

for this maintain a overall limit, in Limit tab as $100. Now this 100 is ur unplanned cost.

Go to ML81N, after adopting ur qty, go to second line item, put ur unplanned qty or value.....system will calculate this in unplanned cost in Value Tab or ur SES.

Hope Help U !

Its a case of planned services. I do not want to exceed PO value. Any std check available.
