Hi toghter,
we´ve a problem with one SMP-Instalation.
Now we installed it brand new from the scratch but the issue is the same.
You can login to the administration page but after it you have no rights. For example it isn´t possible to add an new Application.
Following error ouccurs:
"You are not authorized to access SAP HANA Cloud Platform, mobile service for development and operations. Log in with the correct role, or contact system administrator."
This is now Cloud based installation on Linux (SLES12) and wie use Oracle-DB.
The Error is not written in the logfile.
I tryied to add a new user with the role "Administrator", but there is the same issue.
Any ideas?
Regards,
Heiko Feisel
Hi together,
we´ve resolved the issue!
On the host an agent of "Dynatrace" was installed.
This tool is for performance monitoring.
After uninstall it, the SMP runs without any issue.
Lesson learnd: Don´t install Dynatrace agent on a SMP host! 😉
Thanks an regards,
Heiko Feisel

Hi Ranjith,
I´m sorry but we don´t use HANA for SMP.
The error text was confusing.

Hi Heiko,
Thanks for the response, let me explain more on my query.
We have SAP Mobile Platform 3.0 SP10 having two nodes. Oracle 12c Database using as a Load Balance.
These three Servers are hosted in three different hosts on Windows Server 2012.
Now we are planning to Migrate this environment to IBM Cloud (using IaaS), for that what are all the considerations to taken place.
Can you help on this.
Thanks,
Ranjith Lingala
Hi Fardin,
thanks for your answer.
Actually we can´t update to SP15, because our Apps were developed and tested on SP13/SP14.
The installation (bevor we uninstalled all) was on SP14 PL6 with the same issue.
Do you have any other ideas?

I suggest you to install SP15 (the latest version). This depends on how you configured admin Security Profile, and what the role mappins are. The official documentaion to follow is here.
Hi Heiko. What version of SMP have you installed?
