The requirement here is to call a Web Dynpro application from another WD application when a button is clicked.
1.Calling WD Component - DPVMS_CONFIGURE.
In DPVMS_CONFIGURE,a user action button (ButtonChoice) is available on view DECISION_SCREEN. Here config has been done such that ‘Create sales order and Vehicle’ is available to be selected as one of the options.
2.Once this option is selected, the requirement is to call the DPVMS_FS_ACCRCO Web dynpro application which is currently not happening and once all the code gets executed, the same DECISION_SCREEN of DPVMS_CONFIGURE) is appearing.
3.Once the ‘Create sales order and Vehicle’ option is selected, the eventhandler method ONACTIONNAVIGATE is getting called from where the launch_application code gets executed. Although no errors are returned anywhere, the application also is not getting called either.
4.The configurations done for the same are as follows.
5. Not sure if any configuration or coding is missing in this case, causing this issue. Any inputs in this regard will be of great help.
