Email in CHARM is providing wrong address

Hi Gurus

Users eMail address is incorrect in ChaRM system generated eMails. We have checked the user id in SU01. It has the correct email.Also we have checked the BP. It also has the correct email. Can anyone help me in this

    DEar Rob,

    1. Please check the condition scheduled for the action of sending mails. Confirm that the mail id is taken from the assigned partner only.

    2. Please confirm that whether there exists multiple roles for the user in BP. If yes, confirm the email id for all roles.

    The email id will be taken from the details mentioned in BP only.
