how to make cost centre and profit centre mandatory in employee personal number, while posting cash transactions we are giving employee personal number and cost centre and profit centre, we want system should display the cost and profit centre once we entered the personal number.

when FICO side they will create cost centre it will ask profit centre they will assign it.
cost centre will assign to profit centre in finance side.
after creating cost centre FI will give the cost centre list to HR.
in HR we will assign cost centre to person through position A011 relation, IT1018 or It 27.
