Run-time error 713 - Application-defined or object-defined error

I have a VB 6.0 program that has CR XI R2 with SP5 programs.

The CR runs OK in my development environment , but when I run it in client site, I experience the following error : "Run-time error 713 - Application-defined or object-defined error". I already have run time installers for CR XI sp4 & CR XI R2 Sp5 installed. Any Ideas?

Hi;

The 713 error generally means something is not installed correctly for the runtime.

How did you deploy the runtime to the client system?
