Detect when a stock item price has changed or stock level has changed

Hi

One of our customers is running SBO 2007a SP0 PL49 and would like to update a web site with any stock level changes and stock price changes in SAP

As there are many places in SAP that levels and prices can change, I am not sure of the best way of trapping this

Can anyone suggest anything please ?
