QA11 - Error during quality score calculation PF1

I want Quality score on rejections.For Eg out of 100 goods 10 are rejected and 90 are transfered to unrestricted to unrestricted usage, then the quality score would be 90 for this transaction. for this ......

When i use the 01 Inspection type in the material master by changing the Q-score procedure as share of scrape, system gives me a error saying "For insp. type 01, enter the share of scrap for the qual. score procedure".

So I have created one Inspection type for share of scrape by copying the existing usages decision i.e 01 (Goods Receipt Insp. for Purchase Order) and changed the Q Score Procedure as "Share of Scrape in lot".when I'm doing the Record usage decision (QA11) I'M getting the error message " Error during quality score calculation PF1

Is there any standard Inspection type available for Share of Scrape in lot.Or else

If I create a new one what are all the settings required for that.Please guide me step by step process in creating the

Hi

Make sure that you have have clicked on "Calculator" in the UD screen to calculate Quality score or "shft +F7"

there is no different inspection type for the same.

You can do the seeting in the existing inspection type also ,so the proceudre you have followed seems to be correct.

As soon as I enter in the transaction code QA11 and also After pressing the "Calculator" button in the UD screen I'm getting the same error.

Hi

Have you Maintained fuction Module :KQD_LOT_SCRAP in QCC0-->Qiality Inspection ->Insp lot completion>Define Qulaity score-->Share of scrap in lot

Also select Relevent inspec char-->2

So that

2 All closed characteristics relevant for defect share

your char must have status :5

Message no. QV203

Diagnosis

An error has occured in the quality score calculation.

System Response

The return code 8 was shown in the error message. The return codes have the following meanings:

4 = Lower limit for good quality not maintained in customizing

8 = Predefined share not maintained in the material master

10 = Plant-specific customizing data not maintained

12 = Share of scrap in the inspection lot has an improper value

16 = Share of scrap in the characteristic has an improper value

20 = No characteristic results available

24 = Defect class not maintained in customizing

28 = Weighting of the characteristic not maintained in customizing

Procedure

Ensure that the error is rectified, and carry out another quality score calculation.

In QM view -->inspection type enter share of scrap

Some quality score procedures need the allowed share of defects to calculate the quality score.
