QA11 - Error during quality score calculation PF1

I want Quality score on rejections.For Eg out of 100 goods 10 are rejected and 90 are transfered to unrestricted to unrestricted usage, then the quality score would be 90 for this transaction. for this ......

When i use the 01 Inspection type in the material master by changing the Q-score procedure as share of scrape, system gives me a error saying "For insp. type 01, enter the share of scrap for the qual. score procedure".

So I have created one Inspection type for share of scrape by copying the existing usages decision i.e 01 (Goods Receipt Insp. for Purchase Order) and changed the Q Score Procedure as "Share of Scrape in lot".when I'm doing the Record usage decision (QA11) I'M getting the error message " Error during quality score calculation PF1

Is there any standard Inspection type available for Share of Scrape in lot.Or else

If I create a new one what are all the settings required for that.Please guide me step by step process in creating the
