Deletion of Control Record

Hi Friends.

Payroll has been made run for all the employees except for one (1) and posting are also made for the Financial Year. Now can I run payroll for the employee for whom the payroll has not been run.

Now the Control Record shows the status as "Released for the Next Financial Year".

Now can I run the payroll for the employee by deleting the control record and maintaining the record.

Can I proceed with this or Do I get any error or any concequences will be differ.
