Hi Ray,

As far as i can understand you have built the query on a cube. This cube contains 0EMPLOYEE.

In 0EMPLOYEE you have made employee subgroub navigational.

So have you made ticked the 0EMPLOYEE_employee subgrouip under navigational attributes in the cube.? Check that.

Once it is done you will find employee subgroup as a separate entity in your query on the left side and you can just drag and use it.

hope it helps.

thanks,

rahul

HI,

I have checked on/off button in the cube for employee subgroup, after activating the cube I reopened the designer but I cant find it in separate folder. Though I can see this attribute in cube nav folder. Is it a right way or any other suggestion

ray

Hi There,

Please check the master data for 0employee whether it is loaded properly or not.

As u discussed, you are gettigng 2 records with same description

Bps17

Bps17

so check what is key against that 2 records with same description.

After loading and activating the master data for 0employee, load the transactional data again and check.

Rajdeep Rane.
