Oracle and SAP integration

hi,

my requirement is to fetch the data from Oracle data base and pass to the SAP data base. For that we need integration between Oracle and SAP. How we will do thins integration. How i will get the data from data Oracle Data base to SAP data base.

If any one are knowing about this functionality please help me.
