Invoice in CRM Mobile Client

Hi,

we are on CRM 4.0

we have a requirement to create a pro forma invoice in the Mobile Client (laptops used by sales reps working offline)

as soon as an order is created we want to create a pro forma invoice, print it and give it to the customer

can anyone suggest what are the possible options

I am thinking of two options:

1) create a smart form with all the desired fields on the invoice and read the feilds off the order

2) create a z order transaction naming pro forma invoice, but not sure how if this will print properly...

can any one who faced similar situation please comment?

Hello ,

As far I know you have reports in mobile clients , where in you can design how the o/p page should look like and also you can take the print out of the same.

To know more about reporting , you can post the query in Mobile Sales Application forum.

Hello ,

You can use the "Microsoft word " for generating reports. In Mobile system maintainence you have an option

of "Document generation" where you can prepare a report layout.
