Hi Gurus,
Need your help in understanding the service scenario, I am using CRM V1.2007 and followed the config guide C26 for Services.
As per the config, it was given that
YSRV -
Service sales item
YSRP -
Sevice item
YRVM -
Service Spare item.
YTSV is Service order......All the above item categories are there in CRM but there's only one item category YSRV in ECC. Accordingly I maintained item category determination as said in config guide. So whenever I create a service order with the following 3 items.
1) D200 - Service Item (YSRP)
2) H200 - Service Spare item (YRVM)
3) H11 - Service Sales item (YSRV)
Only one item H11 with service order is replicated to ECC as YSRV set up is there in ECC. The other 2 items are missing.
But my client want to do billing in ECC, So I want to replicate the Service items and Service spare item. So I created those Item categories in ECC and maintained the determination logic. But still i don't see the missing 2 items replicating to ECC.
Here's Item category determination logic used.
In CRM
YTSV - LEIS -
> YSRP
YTSV - NORM -
> YRSV
YTSV - NORM
-YSRP
> YRVM
In ECC,
YTSV - LEIS -
YSRP----
> YSRP
YTSV - NORM -
YRSV----
> YRSV
YTSV - NORM -
YRVM----
> YRVM
I went with the above logic and YRSV is getting replicated to ECC But not YRSP and YRVM.
Please let me know, I have the following questions.
1) Is the Item Category determination logic is wrong, if so why YRSV is gettng replicated.
2) Can service items entered in a Sales order, if that's the reason Service items are not replicating.
I want to understand the base logic, please explain.
Thanks,
Sharath.
