Planned Order not getting created after MPS run

Hi Experts

I have created PIR for a material . And when i run MPS ( MD41 ) and check the Stock list (MD04)

Planned orders are not created . System shows independent requirement for the same qty.'

The MRP type Used in Material master is M3 with planning time fence of 1 day.

Can anyone throw light on it why system is not generating Planned order.

There is no stock for the material.

WHAT PLANNING STRATEGY R U USING? I TESTED WITH PS=40 & IT WORKS FOR ME.

The Planning Strategy is Used is 40

I beleive it has something to do with planning time fence.

I replicated your scenario and getting planned orders with planning time fence 1.

can you check material status? and also you can check the error message in MD05.
