Tax Reporter UI Report Pulling Default Rate


I am having an issue with Tax Reporter Unemployment Report for NJ. The report is printing the default rate from table T5UTX. I have confirmed that the data is consistent in BSI & SAP BTXRATE table (date, rate, formula, max wage). The tax is calculating correctly in the employee's payroll results. However, it is printing incorrectly on the quarterly report. Also, I have checked the tax form field T004 to confirm it is pulling the tax rate. This is an issue for NJ across all company codes. Any suggestions?
