BODS XML file format creation

Hi Experts,

I am creating a xml format with XSD available.

When I select the root element name ,recieved following rerror:

and when I type it as fsa-gov-uk:MER:PSD007 get following error:

Fixed it by saving commontypes.xsd in the same location.
