SAP console and ITS mobile

Hello Experts,

What is the defference between SAP Console and SAP ITS mobile process? I was going thru the SAP notes and realised that

'Easy customization of any SAP screens are possible with ITS mobile'.What is the defference with Standard WEbSAP console RF screens

and ITS mobile screens.
