Production Order Material Check

I understand that under OPJK, I can change the configuration under material availability to "No Check". This will allow the release of a production order even if there are no materials available for it. What I want to know is if it's possible for there to be a WARNING if there are no materials available for the production order. Not an ERROR disallowing the release of the order but a WARNING to indicate there are missing materials.

Current setup...

Production Order w/ missing materials --> Order is released without any notification

Desired setup...

Production Order w/ missing materials --> A WARNING is issued letting you know there are materials missing, but I can still release the order.

Yes, it is possible. In transaction OPJK for the Plant/Material and Business transaction 2, in the Material availability section for field "Release material" use value "1" - User decides on release if parts are missing.
