bom not exploding in PO inspite maintaining in CSO1,

i have created BOM 2 days back before creating PO

pls suggest

check to see if subcontract material has been set to "special procurement" to "30" . It's in material master under MRP2 tab

Kindly check the BOM usage while createing the bom

It can be universal or Material Management, then only it may explode
