1 Client --> 2 Company codes

Hi Experts,

Guys we have one requirement.

Can we maintain 2 company codes under one client. Will there be any problem with taxation, consolidation etc.

Please note that One company is maintained for Germany and another is maintained for India.

Will this create any problem
