I would like to know if the following is possible:
A company's hierarchy was initially built so that a location containing several stores (a mall, for example) was labeled as Site in its organizational hierarchy. The company uses POS DT to collect its POS transactional data. Currently, however, the POS data for different stores is all labled as "mall".
The company would now like to dissociate the POS data for each individual store. This way the company would be able to distinguish data from "Store A", "Store B", etc, instead of just having an overall view of the "mall". Is it necessary to create a new org. hierarchy? or is there a way to modify the idocs or filter the information in order to be able to distinguish each store?
