Transaction to check the delayed deliveries

Hello,

actually I'm looking for the SAP transactions that would let me compare the delivery dates (defined in the purchase order) with the dates of goods receipts done for the corresponding purchase orders.

The best would be to have a global analysis (for example in a predefined period of time) to see which deliveries are delayed according to the delivery dates in PO.

En ce moment, je suis entrain de chercher des transactions sur SAP qui me permettent de comparer, en masse, les dates de livraiosn souhaitées avec les dates réelles d'entrée de marchandises pour que je puisse détecter quelles sont les commandes d'achat livrées en retard.

Use report WPDTC , it will give you Material wise PO delivery date Vs GR Date Details( click the "Expand" button) along with PO and GRN number. You can run it for List of vendors, P.Orgs and plants between given date range.

also it will compare the Planned delivery time between Info record, Material master, vendor master and suggest a new planned delivery time based on actual receipts.

You can use ME2n Tcode with selection parameter WE101 (Open good receipt) and by Delivery date

it will be better to create a query using SQVI, using table ekpo and ekbe. Or there is some excel vlookup work will be done
