Objects - Excluded Forms

Hi All

What is the difference between Objects in the objects tab and objects in the excluded forms tab on the Data Ownership exceptions window?

Hi SV Reddy,

To my knowledge, both objects refer to the same set of objects. However, you need to treat Objects - Excluded Forms carefully because that is exception based. Only if you know the full impacts, then use them.

Thanks for the reply.

Is that the objects in the Excluded Forms are out of Data ownership authorisations because they are placed under "Excluded Forms" tab? and for those objects data ownership authorisations can be given only when you choose them from the drop down box and select "By header and row owners only" option?

That is right. When you set up them under Exception, the forms would be excluded.
