    You need to Trust Access in Excel.

    For Excel 2003: Tools->Options->Security->Macro Securtiy->Trusted Publishers.

    Here you'll need to check the checkbox, "Trust Access to Visual basic projects"

    For Excel 2007: Office Button->Excel Options->Trust Center->Trust Center Settings->Macro Settings

    Check the checkbox "Trust Access to VBA Project Model"
