Termination of Absconding Employess

Hi,

I have one small query regarding termination action for Absconding employee.

The scenario is let say employee went for vacation for one month and didnt came back , now after two months his manager wants to run termination action back dated. Now manager wants to terminate him with effective date of last month and for that month payroll has already been run and posting finance also done.

Now if manager starts termination action then system throws the error " Termination cannot be done for sep month as payroll already run".

To over come this error we have only option to delete payroll results for this employee but it doesnt look feasible in production.

Also manager dont want to run termination in current month.

What could be the other way to over come this , can you suggest.
