help required in QM

Dear All,

We have a requirement to get a pop up message for certain parts at the time of GR. So we have used QM procurememt key active & certificate type. which will pop up a message at GR. If QM procurement key is active in material master, during GR, popup will com. If QM procurement key is not active in material master, during GR, popup will not come for new PO's ( created after cange in material master )

But if PO is created first with QM procurement key active in material master, & then if QM procurement key is removed in material master, still popup will come during GR. Because of settings in PO. user is asking for pop up control without considering PO settings. that means for existing Po if we remove qm ctrl key in MM pop up should not come. Is there any possibility for this. please suggest.

not possible.

you have to change your data consistent.

if you changed QM control key in material master, then you have to subsequently change all open POs too.

This can be done en mass with MEPASSPO transaction
