Hi All,

Please help with your inputs for my following questions with regards to sap crm technical upgrade.

1. Is it possible for direct upgrade from CRM 6.0 to CRM 7.0 ehp 4?

2. How can we find/analyse the impacted areas for this type of upgrade?
