Logo Discoloration in smartforms .....

Hi Experts,

i am trying to upload a logo in smartforms but the apearence of logo is not good its loosing some colour when we see in print preview... image is of 300 dpi i also tried with 600 dpi but still problem exists... please suggest...

Hi,

Try to save the logo in high resoluion in desktop and upload the logo again in SE78.

Hi Anil,

first of all thanx for the reply...

the image which i received was in jpg format i saved that image in BMP 24 and 256 on the destop then only i m uploading in se78 ..... in bot the fromat image is not good... any other suggestions...

Hi,

may be you can try to create a secondary window as per logo and inside it create the logo, Test with the resolution default or any other, make logo Output options Alignment Centered or try with any .tiff format if possible.

Hi,

Did u try to print and see the colors of the print. Some times what you on print preview will not be in sync with printout.

As suggested above, change the resolution of the Image that uploaded.
