BIOD user must be in Administrators Group to Create Web Intelligence doc?

Must a BIOD account user be in Administrators Group to in order to Create Web Intelligence docs?

Assuming the answer to the question above is yes then If I have to add a BIOD account user to the Administrators Group, so that they Create Web Intelligence docs, is there anyway to limit that user's access to specific account folders within the account?

At this time, a user must be an Administrator to create new WebI documents or to save changes to a WebI document.

Also, an Administrator has full access within an Account and thus they cannot be restricted to certain folders.

We do have plans to address this in a future release by having another user role(s).
