Mouseovers

I'm looking to create mouseovers similar to the built in mouseover that is part of the Pie Chart but instead as an info button. Whe the mouse moves over the button a text box should pop up to give additional detail. My issues is I can't figure a way to create them without having the button on a mouse over action use a display value in a cell and a text box look for a displayed value in the same cell! - Help!!!!!!
