windows authentication to portal SAP Nego

Hi,

1.We want to create a link in our share point intranet portal server.

If we click it should route to our SAP portal server which is based on NAS-700 without asking any user ID and password.

But our Data source UME ABAP.

Can we do this by without doing any chane to ABAP datasource.

2.We want to open the portal URL directly in the browser (not integrated in intranet portal)then it should open with out asking credentials.

I have gone throurg the documentation SAP Nego windows authentication.
