Hi Experts,

For our business requirement we converted some of the system users into dialog users and restored the same once again after a certain period of time. Now the senior management wants the report about which users converted into the dialog and how many are still active. I am not sure.. how to perform it.

Could anyone please let me know, is it possible or not. If possible, then how to manupulate the data from the system.

Thanks in Advance.

Regards,

Gurugobinda

Hi

as you know the date when you have changed the type first, please use SUIM->change logs ->for users.

Enter the interval you want to monitor and set the checkbox 'user type' at the bottom of the selection page.

You'll get in the result also the users, which you did not 'switch back'.

There are two ways to do so.

1. Go to SUIM.. change documents.. for users... Uncheck all option except "User Type" ... execute.

2. Go to TCode SE16... put the table USH02... select the relevant Fields you want as the output (Settings -> Format List -> Choose Fields) ... execute

Sorry. In higher releases, this method is largely obsolete, together with that which is recorded in the table.
