stock taking

Hi all,

I Check the stock of material for month august using tcode mb5b it display closing stock of 454271, i also check the total stock

of the same material for the same month with tcode mb51 it display 410661,pls what could be the reason for the difference in value.

mb5b shows total stock of storage locations whereas mb51 shows only valuated stock of teh company. This is the reason for difference in two values

Hi,

Why u r comparing the MB51 with MB5B, because MB5B to see the Stock and MB51 is to display the list of material document posted for any specific period.
