Messaging via EDI

Hi All

I seem to have a problem with messaging (urging and reminding) (Message type AUFB and MAHN)

The Key combinations that have been set up for both these message types is OA - Ordering Address, and this is set up with the correct ordering address (same as with how the purchase orders are sent to 3rd party system)

The Meduim has been set to 6 - EDI and the Date/time is set as 4 - Send Immediately (when saving the application)

The processing routine for EDI does exist for both message types.

I have set up a variant and have set up a background job to run every evening. The job runs and when I look at the spool, the status is waiting when i go into the spool there is a red dot in the status and the processing status is "message not found"

What am i missing or could have set up incorrectly for it not to send the message or not to find the message?

are u able to do this in foreground?

from ur description of the problem we understand that u have already maintained condition record for message type. Have u?

Yes I have maintained the condition record.

If I manually transmit one it seems to work.
