Inventory Management - BI Rollout Strategy

Hi Friends,

My current client is a supermarket network with around 200 stores. They are implementing IS-Retail now. After the first store goes live, the rest of the stores will be going live one-by-one in SAP in a time span of 1 Year. Currently they are managing their inventory in a separate WMS system.

They want 2 years history data in BI for the inventory movements for all the stores, which should come from the WMS system. And during the interim Go-Live period (b/w first store and last store to go live), they want the data from WMS to be loaded to BI on daily basis for the stores which have not gone live. And Once any store goes live, the data load from WMS should be seized and movements from SAP R/3 should be loaded for that store.

Now, I want to have a strategy to handle this situation. This is my first LO related project. So, I have to seek advice from all the experienced people in SDN. So, can someone pls help me to handle this situation? And is there any documents available which will help me to have some idea in handling this scenario?

Thanks in Advance,

Regards,

BIJESH
