Shift Plan (Time Management)

Hi Experts,

If P0000-STAT1(Customer-specific)=Inactive/Withdrawn the employees are not supposed to be in shift plan (Display/ Maintain), I have couple of employees still appear on shift plan. How to restrict those employees?. Appreciate on your answers. Thank you

Hi,

If you have run action to make these employees inactive/withdrawn, then kindly check the status of their IT0007, you should delimit that also. Otherwise they will be shown for shifts.

Still im getting the same error as before. Is there any other way?

We can do the changes in Action types (Eg: changing Customer, employment, special payment specific 1,2 or 3) for the specific action. But i cant find the integration or the relationship with in the table where i can stop the IT0007 or the shift plan to be appeared. Apperciate on your answer. Thank you

Have you tried, changing the Time Management Status in the IT0007, just for the time that you need (time is with leave). Try changing to status 0 - No Time Evaluation.

With this, no matter which Work Schedule Rule is assigned to the employee, it wont do anything.

Hi Santosh,

Thank you for your response, the customer specific status in inactive, because they are in long holiday (sick) , Employment status is still in active as they are not withdrawn. so unless the employee is withdrawn we cannot delimit the infotypes. is there any other way to hide the employee. Correct me if i am wrong. Thank you
