Hi,
C Folder is about sharing the Files with Vendor and company. It is used in the SRM -Bidding Scenario (Tendering Process).
During the bidding process the bids are sent to the vendor with relevant data. (say Drawings .documents etc) the vendor will
receive the docs in the C folder .
The vendor has to login with the C folder login and password. After study the vendor will submit the Bids alongs with his
drawiing in the C-folder to the company.
The purchase will view the vendor drawings and final decision is taken
Where large amount of data upto 20 GB also can be shared.
C folder in one of the SAP PLM module.
You have to create a separate login for C folder to access.
