Order finish date is later than the required date,why?

Hello all.

one trading goods has a required date 2009-12-22,and it's planned delivery time in master data is 30 days same as in the info record ,while GR ProcTme is 0,but in view of /md04 ,I see the Order finish date is 2009-12-25 ,which is later than the required date (2009-12-22) three days,but it's start date is right (2009-11-23),

From 2009-11-23 to 2009-12-22 is 30days( planned delivery time),that is right.

so why the SAP provides the available date (2009-12-25) later than the required date (2009-12-22),the planned delivery time is not to long (only 30 days) to exceed the current date(today is 2009-10-6),so the required start is not in the past,now is 2009-11-23,so what is the reason?

Any advice is welcome!

Have you checked your Plnd. deliv. time and plan. calendar? (MRP 2)

-also check Tikt time (MRP 1);

-have a look at Tot. repl.lead time (MRP 3);

-run ME0M and check all sources - do you have an agreement there? if yes - check plan.deliv.time

any oither sources (check each)?

and it has the default source supplier with planned deliver time 30 days same as other spare supplier

please check the order, may be someone changed the date manually...

Herein is the way I am doing:

1. create the sales order for one finished goods

2. run the mrp calculation

3.generate the dependent required date (DepReq)2009-12-22 based on the routing of the finished goods

4.planned order(PlOrd.) generated accordingly ,but the date is later than required date,it is 2009-12-25

please goto your sales order and check the Shipping details for your item:

Deliv. dtae,

GI day,

Loading day,

Mater. availab.day,

Transport. plan. day

did someone change it? (check the history)

do you have any shc. agreemnet (use VA33) ? - check it out in case

please run MM03 for your material , goto Sales: general / plant TAB and have a look at Shipping data

The planned order of this trading goods is generated based on the required of one finished goods,and this finished goods uses the strategy of "make to order" ,and the date of this finish goods is no changed ,and I think it is not the issue for this trading goods

Setup time 0.00 Proc. time 0.00 Base qty 0 PCS

"va33" I think I haven't use it
