No Over time after X$ amount

I have a requirement where the client wants to limit the employee overtime working after X$ amount.

For example: Employee Mary should not allowed to workd after USD 500 worth of over time in a month. What kind of customization we need to OR we have to writ a PCR. IF we have to write a new PCR, how to write and where to call..
