RAR Management Reports - Role level mitigations

Hi,

Does management reports in RAR include role level mitigations that are in place? It seems they do not consider roles that are mitigated and users who have this role are appearing as non-mitigated. Can any one please confirm? Is there any way to make these users not to appear as non-mitigated.
