To trigger programs in ARIBA using a third party tool.

Hi..

I have a requirement in which i need to trigger a program in ARIBA using a third party tool. ( For eg FLEX, VB, or webdynpro etc).

Can any one tell me how to achieve this.

Details: I need to execute a program in ARIBA which will download a file to a specified location. I have the program in ARIBA . But i need to execute the program from outside. Is there any way by which i can trigger this program .
