Problem in displaying XSTRING to PDF and showing in BSP.

Hi,

I am getting my data in an XSTRING format and thn i have to convert it into PDF and pass to browser for display purpose.

In dev system always PDF is getting displayed properly but in Quality and Production, sometimes it displays and sometimes doesnt.

we have a 3 custom BSP templates where in we are displaying data as a PDF format out of which with one template pdf doesnt comes up sometimes as displays a time out dump on BSP link which actualy doesnt holds true because sometimes it displays PDF correctly.

is it something to do with ABAP memory ?

I have gone through some of the links already but i couldnt figure out my issue.

Can any1 tell me what can be the reason??
