Material Availability Check in Production Orders

Hello everyone,

I Have an issue regarding Material Availability check. I have used the Material Check button in the production order, System shows " All checked materials in the orderXXXXX are availabe" even though no materials are available. I am not able to figure out why..

Any input would be grealy appreciated.

I got it.. It was infact because I had activated Check with RLt in scope of check.

Hi Mani,

During availability check system not only checks the physical stock (Unrestricted use) available in storage locations. It may also include several types of stocks ( QI Stock, Blocked Stock etc ); and also the availability check may consider the other incoming receipts from transaction data like purchase orders, deliveries etc. For more details and understanding go to Transaction code OPJJ.

Hi,

1) Go to OPJK for ur plant and order type combination have you maintained the checking rule PP..check OPJJ settings

2) Check wheather you mave maintained availability check 02 for materials.
