Header User Status on VA22

HI Gurus,

We have configured User Status (TC-BS02). I need to trigger some process once the User Status to set to approved on VA22.

I need to find out the record where User Status is stored.

Thanks for input. I am not able to understand the data in the table. OBJNR is fine. Other details like status i am not able to co-relate.

Both records have field called STAT, but i am not understanding which field has status value stored and what is the value for approved.

A: Status is the values you have defined in your user status group.

STAT stands for status of user status....X->inactive, blank ->active.

Hi Yadav,

Thanks again. I looked into BS02 and we have defined OPEN, APPR, REJT as status values for Status Profile.

And same Status Profile has been used in VA22.

Queried the table JCDS and JEST, both has values like E0001, E0002 and I002.

Is there any place where can need to look for values (E0001, E0002 and I002) stored in JEST table?

these values are from USER STATUS, you have assigned to your sales document type.

Click on user status button at header-->status.

Hi Yadav,

I looked into header -> Status then Clicked on Object Status Button.

I can see our custom values there like OPEN, APPR and REJT defined there and i had selected APPR radio button.

The same value has been displayed on

On Header->STATUS tab

User Status is set to 'APPR'

I am not finding any table where this value is stored. JEST and JCDS tables does not have any reference for User Status.

Where can i find User Status stored in tables?

Hi,

I think this is the over all status.

This can be found in "VBUK" table.

Goto SE11/Se16.

Enter the table name as VBUK.

Enter your order number.

Here you can identify your entry.

If it is item status,then it will be stored in "VBUP" table.

I am actually looking for User Status. I did not find user status field on VBUK table. We have created user status ..u can find details in above chain.

It would be great if u can tell me where user status value is stored??

Hi,

Could you pls the check the number(status number) against this status(Accpt)

Goto VBAK Table.

Enter your order number as "VBELN".

Execute.

Fetch "OBJNR".

Goto "JCDS" table.

Enter this "OBJNR" here.

Execute.

The number against this status will be appeared here in this table with E00XX(where XX denotes this number).
