ME9F - No suitable purchasing documents found ( mail)

Hi gurus,

I have maintained 2 out put condition types for print out and Mail (external send) for a PO.

When I execute this PO through ME9F, system is not showing the messages instead of displaying an message "No suitable purchasing documents found" although I tried with all the options in the T-Code, but it is displaying the same message.when i see the PO in the change mode the messages are appearing.Still I'm getting the same message. did I miss any config settings?

Kindly guide me ..............

Hi Sri,

Even if there is release strategy and not released, you will get the error mentioned.

Kindly release the PO and check.

Thank your very much for your feed back, I solved this question.I have on more query, I Have one more query, I have maintained out put condition type for E- Mail in the PO and maintained all the config settings and E-Mail address in the vendor master.when I run this message type , I'm getting the message "E-mail address incorrect or non-existent" Kindly guide me to how to send the message through email ?

Hello,

Please select indicator as "1" out put already successfully processed. and then execute.

If you select "0" - not processed and output already processed once, then u will get above error.

Hope it wil help u.
