Hi,
Oracle 10.2
My background processes run under sidadm and my server processes run under orasid
is it the normal behavior ?
Thanks in advance
with ps -ef -o ...
The effective user is orasid
so it is correct ?
Thanks

Make sure to check the effective user the processes run as.
See SAP Note 206916 Oracle processes run under "incorrect" user for a complete description.
